I have given them all the evidence they needed tho prove that the LCD I bought was damaged and they did not resolve my matter until the seller tell me I will not refunded or return my so I can be refunded my money I have lost my 515 ... so to buy at bob shop is at your own risk they don't have a policy tht protect a buyer but a seller I have all the evidence on how I was treated both Bob shop and the seller

Below is the reply to a seller on bob shop

We acknowledge your statement that the LCD was not permanently installed. However, this does not establish that the product was defective. The LCD was handled and tested on the phone shown in the photographs, and those photographs clearly show that the phone frame is damaged and missing the required structural support for the LCD.

Testing a delicate glass LCD against a damaged or incomplete frame can apply uneven or excessive pressure to the screen and its internal components, potentially causing internal damage even where the LCD has not been permanently installed.

Furthermore, this product was clearly sold as a NO WARRANTY / NO GUARANTEE replacement part. The condition and warranty terms applicable to the product were disclosed at the time of purchase. For this reason, and based on the evidence available, we are unable to accept the return or approve a refund for this item.

The fact that the LCD was not permanently installed does not change the stated warranty conditions or establish that the product was defective when dispatched.

Kind regards,
DYNAMIC
