2 Big ****s and Bullies - Bobshop and Skynet Worldwide Express

On Friday 23 February 2023 I placed an order on Bobshop for a baby 3In1 Deluxe Electric Auto Swing Rocker chair which was meant to be a gift for my friend's baby shower scheduled for the 02nd of March 2023. On Sunday 25th of February I received an email from Bob Shop that my order has been booked for delivery by SkyNet. On Tuesday 27th Feb I received an email that my order out for delivery with SkyNet and I should expect it anytime. The same day the delivery was meant to happen I received an email that the delivery vehicle was hijacked. The following day I was inContact with the seller, and they promised to send a replacement by Thursday as i needed the item for a baby shower happening on Saturday. I spent the whole of Thursday and Friday waiting for the delivery and it come through there was also no communication from Bobshop. Around 15h00 on Friday I called the seller to get an update on the delivery and the seller said she was under the impression that I got my delivery, and she will follow up with Skynet and revert back. She then came back and said Skynet says the 2nd delivery car was hijacked. I then requested the seller to get another item ready so that I could collect it from them since I needed it for Saturday. The seller said she doesn't have stock anymore as she had already given 2 of the same items and they were both hijacked. I got no communication from either skynet nor Bobshop about the 2nd hijacking. I told the seller to cancel the order and refund me then i went and bought the item and collected from Takealot. To date i havent received any communication from Bobshop about my refund. This morning i sent them and email and called them demanding my refund now they are saying the order is out for delivery to me today but on Friday there was no stock for me to collect. So, I must now wait for them to ensure today's delivery is stopped, before they can start the refund process. I'm not even sure if there is a delivery that is out and if they won't come again and claim another hijacking. So now i must beg for a refund and communication levels from bobshop are almost zero since they claimed the 2nd hijacking.
