I am extremely disappointed with Bob go service

I am extremely disappointed with Bob go service. I was supposed to receive my parcel on Wednesday, but as of today, I still have not received it. Every time I call, I am assured that my parcel will be delivered "today," yet nothing happens. This has been very frustrating, and I expect an update on the status of my parcel as well as a clear explanation for the delay. Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.
