Worst experience Bob Cuts salon Maponya Mall

On the 02 September 2022, I called Bob cuts Salon at Maponya to schedule an appointment. I was told to send a pic of the hairstyle i wanted of which i did. Upon my arrival at the reception, i was met by 2 guys and a lady. I showed them the hairstyle i wanted again,and one of the guys mentioned that the guy who specialises in those hairstyles is not available. I then asked why didnt they mention that earlier when i called to book. Instead of giving a responce, they all decided to ignore me. I then asked if theres anyone who can do a similar hairstyle and again...i was just ignored. I then asked to see pictures of hairstyles similar to the one i wanted. They instead handed me a phone that only had pictures of ponytails...and the hairstyle i wanted was a razor cut. I then told them that i came all the way from roodepoort so can they at least get my hair done. They just continued playing on their phones like I did not exist. I couldnt believe it. The worst treatment of my life.
