Worst Customer Service. Lost a customer

So much money we paying to do our hair. I am at Rosebank branch. Had to wait for 2 hrs for them to get hairpiece to finish off my hair. Why did they start me in the first place? This is utter nonsense. We go there to save time...not money, and this is the service we get. Never again
