Just visited your salon

1. your salon is very untidy and dirty. The worst being the hair wash area. Dirty towels etc. 2. ⁠I ddnt have the greatest experience with hairdresser 3. ⁠she burnt my back with boiling water all the way was to my ass. My coat and jeans were soaking wet. 4. ⁠girl kept complaining that she was hungry and tired 5. ⁠my hair is not properly steamed 6. ⁠I had to correct her trimming at some point

I’m so disappointed especially since I have had better experience at one of your branch in rosebank a while back. I came there at 09:30 And there were no stylists which I can understand if your staff let I down by not coming in But I had to wait till 11am When the lady came at 11 only to find that you ddnt stock fibre at the salon so she had to go buy, that was another 30min of waiting… only started braiding just after 11.
