Unprofessional behaviour and lack of communication.

Went to the bob cuts in Midrand for lash installation and brow tint. Got there at 12pm and 2 ladies were busy with the lashes, when they were done we were told the lashes and the glue were finished so they’re getting new stock, they actually said they’re sending someone to collect from their other salon so me and the four ladies in the queue thought they were collecting from their salon in The Boulders Shopping centre only to find out in a telephonic conversation that they were getting the lashes and glue from their salon in JHB Main Street.

So they were sending the things via Uber and the first Uber got lost, couldn’t find the salon in JHB so he cancelled, they got a second one which also cancelled and only the third one got it right. We literally waited 2 hours in the queue and when the things finally arrived they started discussing food/lunch instead of attending to us, they had zero sense of urgency like they didn’t make us wait for so long for the lashes. I left their salon at 4pm from 12pm.
