Unprofessional and False advertising

I went to the Fourways branch to do pondo, and I had to pay R450 for nonsense the girl who did my hair Tshepiso doesn't even know what she was doing, firstly she didn't ask me how want the hairstyle to be done like do I want it high or low. She didn't know how to apply the gel as a result the gel was not dry and the hairstyle flaky. I would not recommend going to that salon it's false advertising and a ****.
