Unpleasant service

Had a very unpleasant experience at Boulder branch. I've been communicating with them on whatsapp about kids relaxer, I had to beg them to respond after a day. They said they do kid relaxer. Today after work I went there and they told me the lady who is doing relaxer knocked out at 17h00, that was 17h06. I feel like they want clients who brings lot of money. They are very unprofessional and poor customer service
