Terrible customer service

They false advert their wigs to a certain price then when call to require about it or want to order it they then increase their price. I went on to their Instagram account yesterday and Again this morning and saw a Afro wig for R100 and delivery is R100 as well. Which then means that total payment would be R200 .

The lady I spoke to on the phone and via WhatsApp was just quick to dismiss me and just said “thank you for your support over the years “ she didn’t address the issue at hand . To her I was just another number. Customer service is a disgrace .
