Taking Customers for granted

the bobcut hair salon in ghandi next to dischem,take their customer for granted.i went to the salon on tuesday to get a wig which they had promised me already on sund that its in stock.However when i got there they made me wait for more than 45m claiming that someone had gone to the warehouse to get it.my waiting became unfruitful and no one was saying anything to me during the wait.i kept on asking the lady at reception when is the warehouse person coming back,and her respond will just be shortly.i got tired of waiting and i had requested her to send the hair to the rosebank branch so i can go get it there.She promised to do that on the same day for collection at 17h.Today is thursday and still the hair had not been sent to rosebank as promised. when i make a follow up no one is giving me a direct answer. The last answer given was phones keeps on crushing.Dont know how is that any relevant to a promise they have made to me on tuesd.I need someone to get back to me, bc im tired of dealing with a bunch of incompentent staff who treats customers like popeyes
