POOR SERVICE

I'm so disappointed with the service I got from Maponya Mall Branch,I went for hair braids and only to my surprise they dont have hair piece,and there was no patty cash, the lady took out money from her purse,I had to wait for them to go and buy it,I was shocked such a big company doesn't have patty cash,and I used to go to the one in Rosebank WOW the service there is soooo excellent,they offer you something to drink and always clean. At Maponya Mall you are not offered anything and when you ask them they say they don't have anything and there is no house keeping the assistant manager has a bad attitude.It is true when they say the service yase Kasi and Surbub will never ever be the same 😒😒😒
