Poor poor customer service!!!!

Why it's now 16 days and no one giving me feedback on my hair order. Paid upfront but no service. Your ads on IG are untruthful, u said 2-4 working days ..pure lies. U were on Checkpoint for misusing people and u have not changed. No communication. Bad bad service.
