Poor customer services

So today I decided once again after bad experience with Bob cuts to go get my nails done. I went to the Pretoria central branch. I had to wait for the bail technicians to arrive and even worse they forgot about me. The nail Technician was chewing the whole time in my face. SALON is supposed to be the****utic but that salon sorry shem. The service is always poor to clients. I mean please take care of your client's. Can't always be served with poor service from this Salon. Hai suka already you do a good job but what does that help if your service is poor? Please do better at least to those who still believe in the business.
