Pathetic service

I am so disappointed in the service I received at Bob cuts Maponya mall I got there at past two today to do wax and tint I was with my friend we were placed in the waiting area by the door the after an hour moved to the basin side so that Mbali and Shorrain can attend to us we waited until they were done with clients that came after us but that is not an issue after the long wait at 15:52 both of them left their work station and exited the salon that's when we asked what was going on no one had the answer I then called Mbali on the complaints line and relayed my story she then said I should send a whatsapp when checking the number it's not active on whatsapp so who is the fool here. The service is pathetic I must say
