Pathetic customer service

Customer service at Maponya mall is disgusting. Ive been sitting waiting to do my nails they keep telling me I'm next but people that arrive after me get their nails done. They've been skipping me and everytime I ask they say "its full but you're next" mxm its been 2 hours now.. pathetic service
