Horrible service at Rosebank

What a horrible horrible salon. I am never setting foot in that place again. Went in this morning to get a haircut for the first time. Called in and I was told it would be R70. The guy cut my hair and did a good job. Like any other salon you would expect them to wash your hair after cutting it. Nope!! The guy reaches for a spray and his brush. So I ask him arent you going to wash my hair, he says if he does its gonna be an extra R30. Why????? Why?????? Why?????? The hair is dirty so you wash it to get rid if all the remaining hair from the cut. He tells me it has to do with texture and this and that. As i write this i have hair on my neck. When I touch my head my hand comes back dirty with hair. My problem is not the 30 bucks its the fact that there is no disclaimer to say the haircut does not include a wash
