Horrible Experience

I've had a horrible experience at Bab Cuts Rosebank Branch, I've been there 3 times, the receptionist sit there as if they have nothing better to do, they are rude and lack customer service. The stylists told me they don't have the hairpiece I want, the style I want they can't do so I had to choose from what they could do, their nail technition told me they don't have the colour I want so had to also choose something else. Horrible experience. Never going back.
