Horrible customer service disgusting

Today i went to Bob cuts salon in Maponya Mall and the service was bad, no customer care, from the reception no smile or even a welcoming gesture or attitude from the receptionist to the lady who did my lashes. The only person who was friendly was Mathuto the lady who did my eyebrows (tint and wax).

What really shocked me was the extent of disrespect i recieved from Zinhle the lady who did my lashes, she told me to "sondeza indunu yakho emova" meaning to move my ass backwards so that i can be in a better position to install the eye lashes. Sho her level of comfortability was so uncomfortable and rude. I asked her is that how u talk to clients? She answered to me by saying there is nothing wrong with her words because thats how its called. That was very unprofessional and rude. What kind of a service does this salon give to people? They behave like we are in the hood /street. This behavior is unacceptable and it shows that the employees dont have best interest of the company.
