Hair order

I placed an order and paid 50% deposit on the 05th of February 2023. Today is the 11th of April 2023 and still haven't be len advised if I may collect and pay the other 50% on collection. When I requested to be refunded due to poor service, I am ignored. I am not happy at all as it's been more than 3 months waiting for my order and they are unable to pay back my money
