False adverti*****t

I went to the Salon this morning to do a certain hairstyle, after i saw it on their facebook page. I was tossed from one branch to another and was told nobody knows how to do it. I then went back to the main branch and I told the lady what happened she told me if they said they can't do it so there's nothing she could do. She didn't even show any remorse or apologize. And the same lady I spoke to her during the week about the same hairstyle and she didn't mention anything to me. I end up settling for something I didn't like. I really wasn't happy about the way I was treated I mean how could they advertised something they can't even do??
