**** Brazilian hair

Guys don't you dare buy Brazilian hair at that store they sell **** , I'm very disappointed. I bought hair there and tried washing it with LUKEWARM WATER and it shrinked and the closure burnt-out . I tried contacting the store manager where I bought it , rosebank branch and she didn't take my problem serious , she said there's no exchange or refund . The hair doesn't even have 3 months
