**** Brazilian hair!!!

I laybyed a R2500 weave with R1000 and when I went there with the outstanding amount I had to wait for 2 hours before I could get my weave, not knowing it's a low grade, doesn't even look like what they advertised. When I got home my mom noticed that the weave was a low grade and it looked like plastic. We decided to go back to the branch and the manager just told us that they don't do refunds or exchanges. They took the weave and just straightened it, I asked them to cut it a little bit because it looked terrible. I'm still so hurt by the amount of money I spent on a weave that I'm not satisfied with! Can I get help with getting a refund?
