Drunk hair dresser ruins my Brazilian hair

Went to Maboneng branch and was attended by a tipsy / drunk hairdresser who was supposed to install my 24 in Brazilian hair with frontal closure,she cut and ruined my hair and now been trying to get th saloon or the hairdresser to replace my hair with no luck, the so called manager is rude and sees no agency in attending to my situation, my hair costs me 3700 that is a lot of money to loose over incompetence,Kedibone is the name of the hairdresser I am referring to,its such a disappointment to go through such with a saloon that comes highly recommended with a lot of franchise all over gauteng.l feel I am fighting a lossing battle in getting my hair replaced
