Disappointing Service

I have been looking forward to doing my hair at this salon.I went to go do my hair on the 09th of January and I was not impressed with their service.My hair was suppose to be undone and washed but the lady didn't not complete undoing my hair and I was charged the full price for that.Her attitude was was not welcoming at all. If I'm paying ,I expect to walk out of your salon happy.I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone!!!!!!!!
