Disappointed

What a poor experience I have experienced at my maponya mall Bob salon I started to go there for 3 months back the every visit goes with the nightmare how can you put tips on a client and leave to attend other one after staying 4 hours on que and you have to wait for some who after you to be attend as if you are there for free service I think you guys must learn about service delivery coz what you are doing there is sh*t
