Complain on poor service

Poor service, hair dressers with attitute as if you dont pay them I made a booking and got there an hour earlier but still had to wait while people were finishing and hair dressers walking around as if they dont have work to do. I am very disappointed at the service offered at that salon. Its like people go there for chats :-(
