Complain

I bought 2lexie wigs online but did not look the same when got them I was told to come to the branch so today when I got the qundhi Square Johannesburg, the lady who I assume is the manager was not keen to help, she cut the wig even further without explanation when I expected the hair to be filled,she was enjoyed, not willing to help,I want the wigs to be fixed as on the advert,or be refunded as I'm not happy,shes so unprofessional
