Candy & Braids Hairstylists branch is unprofessional

I went to Bob Cuts Hair Salon and was referred to their braids specialists which is nearby. I wasn't the one who was going to do my hair, my daughter was. On the 16th December 2017 I arrived at the salon at 13:50 p.m. I showed the receptionist the picture of the hairstyle my daughter wanted and even asked whether my daughter would be able to do her hair on that same day and she agreed so I decided to wait because they were very busy but I ended up going home at 18:00 without being attended. I told the receptionist we would be back and she acted like she cared, my daughter's heart was so broken. I returned today (18 December 2017) because it's my daughter's birthday tomorrow, I arrived at 15:00 p.m. as I had to go to work in the morning. I wrote my name on the register and again, they agreed to do the hairstyle I asked for and to start by 16:30. To my amazement, by 18:00 when I tried to find out why nobody is attending to my daughter's hair, they said they won't be able to do her hair because it is late. I told them that they should have said that from the beginning and all they did was make a joke out of the whole situation. They ended up doing something we didn't ask for. I am absolutely disgusted with the level of unprofessionalism we received at this hair salon. Bob Cuts Hair Salon is a really bad hair salon and their service is even worse. My daughter is now sitting with a hairstyle that she didn't ask for and it even looks ugly because all they did was rush to finish.
