Bob cuts nail shock

I’ve always heard people complain about bob cuts but I decided to do my nails this past Friday and to my shock .. two of my nail sets came out and they were not broken or anything but they came out on their own. Do I need to pay again for those nails or do I go back so that they can be put on ?? This is bob cuts in Maponya mall
