Bad Service at Maponya Mall Branch

I had such a terrible experience at your Maponya Mall branch on Saturday 6 August, my sister & I were there around 4:40pm for eyebrow tinting, the ladies at reception put our names down, an our later we were still not attended to nor offered a drink, when we enquired about it, we were told the person who is supposed to do our eyebrows has already knocked off, this was after an hour of waiting,, the staff there is unfriendly and unprofessional and the service and their behaviour was really terrible. Wat a waist of our time....
