BAD SERVICE @Bob Cuts hair Salon in RoseBank

I went to Bob Cuts Hair Salon in RoseBank Today to get my lashes done. When I got there a lady called Lebo introduced herself to me and said she would do my lashes.

During the whole process she kept complaining about how slow she does the size of lashes I chose and that she does the bigger size better, she even suggested a bigger size but I told her I prefer the size I chose.

When she was done I looked in the mirror and the lashes looked terrible, they looked like I had them done 3weeks ago, they were few, they were spread al***** the place and they were falling out,she kept brushing them so they would look straight, they looked nothing like the lashes I'm used to.

I explained my frustrations to them, but all she could say, including the rest of her colleagues was "people do lashes differently and if you want them fuller you need to buy another pack" I always do my lashes and I have never had to buy another pack to make them look fuller. They were insisting that the lashes looked fine but I've been doing them for a long time, I know what they should look like.

Everytime I go to that salon I get serviced by different people and sometimes I don't even have the assurity that the person is trained to do what they are doing because I have always heard complains about them, I have just never experienced it first hand. Bob Cuts is supposed to be a professional business and that was not what I got, I am very disappointed in their service and I am definitely not going back there.
