Bad service and refund

Went to bobcat salon on 08/19 with my hair to do wig for me.We were told that to do wig is R100 lerato(Manager)was so rude even Geraldine'spartner who told us that if we can't afford to pay we must do something.It was my 1st day going there,however I was shocked I was so angry even now I am. I then advised Geraldine's on 08/28 to refund me cause my hair is ugly she refused again or atleast do my nails for that amount which is R300 I feel ******,cause I was looking forward to put on my hair I'm really sad a big salon with a bad service I know they won't try to assist I don't have money to do my hair I can't pay twice.sad client
