Bad service

I saw a special on Friday and I made appointment for Sunday which is today via a what'sp for 15h00. I then went to Midrand salon did my aye lashes by a lady Fikile, the lady was very kind no bad thing to say about her. Then I went to do a payment at the reception, only to find out that special was only for Thursday but I saw it on Friday and no one mentioned anything when I was doing appointment on Friday. Guess what, they called the so called boss who advised that the receptionist that they should remove them if I don't have a 100. I said it's fine coz I didng have it. Not only my time was wasted but they used a very strong chemical which was burning my eyes to hell. All that in the name of 100 that was short the boss said. I spent 3 hours putting and removing my eye lasesh to a salon that a so called boss is running a business with customers that she should value but no she doesn't. Bob Cuts SA should I get problem with my eyes just know that am going to sue you and I will make an example which u. Am giving it a day to monitor. Ppl warned me about the salon but never listened.
