Bad hair job

Did my hair last wednesday 31 july, took it out the following night. Disaster....i didnt understand why the lady couldnt just say she cant do what i wanted. The ladies that work there are actually unprofessional and it was my first time there and ill never go back because what i was told was not what i expected at all. You ladies should go to school and learn your crafts. Your guys work is very bad and appalling. I wonder if this business is going to survive Mall of Africa when it opens there.
