Bad first time experience

i went there today. i would like to say the nail tech and my hair dresser was superb but the salon as a business is a a BIG NO. They have false advertising. i made a booking i stated what i wanted to do, i get there i tell her what i want to do, next thing i am supposed to pay she is charging me a different price. imagine my surprise. in the advert it says braid is included but when my bill comes, she tells me the braid wasn't included. lets cut your hair she says. HAAAAA. I hope this is not what they do to clients. the lady in question is Geraldine
