Bad customer service

Mary, a receptionist at Bob cuts salon Maponya branch is completely unprofessional and rude. She made my first experience with the salon unpleasant. I walked in enquiring about nails and was very specific that I did not want to wait in a long line, if so then I can leave.. she gave me false information and was very rude in addressing the conflict at hand. If you're going to be the first person people interact with in a company ,then Bob cuts definitely needs to do better.
