Bad customer service

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I'm a frequent customer at Bob cut hair salon. I normally go to the one at Green stone and gandi square. I was so excited to hear that they've opened one at maponya mall not far from where I stay I popped in yesterday around 4pm for a wig I firstly decided to take a Haley Barry wig. I saw one of the guy carrying a Brazilian Bob I then asked him the price he rep**** and and said its R1000. I asked if it's on sale he than again responded with big no. I opted for that one he told me to wait for one of the ladies to finish than I'll be next so they can be able to style it after about four hours waiting he came tome and told me it's been sold and apparently 3 customers where waiting for it including myself. It was clear that they operate based on who you are and who you know which made me very angry after so many hours waiting. Please look more into customer service
