Bad attitude and service from owner

We had our hair done and it was not done properly,then we complained to manager/owner by the name Geraldine via email and the was no response till we spoke to her via what's app and the chat was carried out smooth but when we went to go fix our hair the attitude and coldness from her was appalling unprofessional and ruthless to an extent that we Sat there for close to an hour before we were attended to. I strongly feel and believe that she should go for management training.
