Baaaaaad Nail tech and ignore Customer complaints by blocking them on their social media.

I have done my nails for R250 by a lady called Caro. They are so horrible and painful now I’m thinking because she covered my cuticles with acrylic I only saw them when I got home, now when I try to report the issue on their Facebook they blocked me right away. Very baaaaad salon they do nonsense and never want to fix their nonsense. I thot it has changed but it’s such a nonsense of a salon where they don’t attend to their customer complaints.
