A pathetic salon

Bob Cuts is a pathetic salon. The stylists will pull your hair even if you ask them nicely not to do so. They don't know how to do any better and they do not care about your hair. If you want to have no hairline, go there. If you want damaged hair, go there. The women are overworked (very easy to tell) and couldn't care less. I had a headache from hell after braiding my hair and had to remove my braids in less than 24 hours. Money down the drain. When I took them down, I discovered that my own hair was cut as the stylist cut off my "ends". A horror story.
