Avoid buying from www.Boatssa.com

Boatssa.com hasnt a clue what they are doing. Extremely bad service received. I ordered items online and after much back and forth with wrong pricing conflicting with their website prices. Then they quoted me higher prices than what was online. I was sent an invoice which I promptly paid R1300.00, which included R150 delivery. The following day I was contacted and asked to pay an additional R130 shipping because the oil I ordered was at a different location and for both parcels to arrive at the same time, I had to pay that extra. I did pay an extra R130 because I obviously needed the goods by Friday as discussed.

I already paid on Wednesday morning 21 October 2020. Nino promised me delivery on Friday 23 Oct. Friday came and went and Nino was unreachable until late in the afternoon. Upon asking for a tracking number or waybill number, Nino came up with lots of excuses. He blamed it on both his admin team and apparently the *********** courier. I use the same courier and have not had a single bad experience in 5 years! His admin were supposed to send me the waybills before 5pm and that did not happen.

I received a tracking waybill number on Monday afternoon at 5.30pm. upon tracking the parcel it became apparent that they only booked the collection on the monday at 3.23! Not Wednesday 21 October 2020. " 26/Oct 15:23 - Consignment details captured" " Status: Collected from origin address Date: 26/Oct 15:50"

This is unacceptable and I will NEVER buy from them again.
