Non Payment of salary

Boats and Bikes by Road(Pty)Ltd is a Company that is owned by Nelson de Sousa. I have been in his employ for almost 3 years. I have been in his employment as a Driver from 5 November 2021 and for the first 8 months I received my monthly salary, then abrumptly stopped after I was asked to give a statement that I only work for Board and Lodging, claiming that the Company was to be visited by Department of Labour.....That turned out to be a lie.. For 20 months I was been **** to, misled and deceived. I ended my Employment on Monday,4 March 2024.Nelson de Sousa is a person who claims that he is untouchable by any one . I would like to see this statement from him to be false. He ,Nelson, has given me Power of Attorney of Boats and Bikes by Road(Pty)Ltd. I have sent him an e-mail on the same day as me resignation and has given him a week to respond on my writing. I would like to know how I can take this further and bring him to Justice.
