Poor packing and customer service

I ordered 4 platters last night. Sadly i was very disappointed when i received my order. Let me just start with the fact that i had people over for dinner. Secondly i was travelling the last week in africa and was extremely excited for the sushi. Opening the pack i was disappointed to find that no ginder or wasabi was added to my delivery. Like you might as well have left the whole order. I then called the restaurant to ask for my ****** and wasabi. I was promised the ****** and wasabi would be delivered ASAP as we live down the road. Sadly to say the ****** and wasabi only arrived an hour later and our food was finished. This is the issue ordering from Boathouse Pinehurst. There are always things missing. And they always say that it will be delivered. But obviously no ome can promise how long it will take. Im disgusted. And the wasabi and ****** that was delivered is only 2. So 4 people are supposed to eat from that.
