Bad quality work, even worse customer service

Sadly this is the second time we have received poor service and at first we assumed it was just staff under stress but we realise that in fact its just the way they treat customers. Besides that we paid in good faith we never gave them money that was inferior or third rated quality of money, yet the boards we received were damaged and of inferior quality.

Now I can understand if you have loads of money floating about that you can replace these items but some of us just make it from month to month and try and save up in order to have a decent kitchen and then you go to a place like Boardware George and you expect that even if you get ****py customer service the quality of work will at least be decent ... I am so disappointed, I wish there was someway they could take ownership or accountability for such disgusting work.

Its really sad that a company like this can take money, have poor customer service and poor workmanship and still be in business

I am utterly so disappointed because i worked hard to save up for my kitchen cupboards and now I am stuck with kind of *******...
