This is not my first post on this topic. Unfortnately previous posts were not privilaged with even an acknowledgement. A top class mall with lower than 3rd world parking. Country boasts of 100 days of no load shedding, yet parking vending systems still often offline. The excuse for years was loadshedding. Whats it now? outdated equip.
