This has been an absolute disaster. First rushed in to move within a week - at my expense. Monthly rent was an uphill battle. Tenant discontinued contract within 3 months . The last month of which they are refusing to pay the rent . They’ve also kept the deposit. No calls are being returned. After sending several emails and texts - a single text back after I threatened legal action - but still no payment.
