Poor Service

I was playing Black Jack last night and asked the croupier in charge if I can please have a beer. After about an hour and numerous attempts asking to please get me a waiter I want to order a beer, but no luck. I left the table at a later stage, without a beer. I spoke with 3 workers just standing there close to the table area and they did not even answer me? I just want to say, overall a very poor service provideer casino!
