Boardwalk Cafe Casino Staff refused to serve us!

I visited the Boardwalk Casino Cafe in Port Elizabeth on the 31st December 2019 at around 17:00 pm and I was absolutely disgusted with the level of service that I've received. The waiters and waitresses flat out ignored us and refused to help us. I called the manager - and had had to wait an hour for the manager to arrive - in order to file a complaint. I will not return again!
