Terrible service

I tried to purchase a gift voucher for a friends birthday and when I called the store they said we have none and were completely uninterested in helping me any further to get one, just got "I don't know" to all my questions from a salesperson who sounded like I had interrupted her breakfast. I contacted online but it said on the website that you can only shop online and we can all see how that goes goes if you read here. I asked for help and got none. After then complaining I did not even get a response. It was like they did not want my money. So I spent it elsewhere.
